Potato Splittin' Championship, 2015
A project by Lee Walton.
As part of Assembly 2015 at Portland State University, I brought Lee Walton to campus to speak at my Art & Sports Lecture Series in the university athletic center, and I produced this competition which required participants, 40+ Russet potatoes, an axe, a chopping block and a digital scale. Jordan Hoagbin won the competition.
